About Us
Mbiyu Foundation is a Kenyan charity born from a simple belief, that every person deserves a fair chance in life. We work closely with local communities to support children, families, and youth who are facing daily struggles like hunger, lack of education, poor health, and unemployment.
We exist to stand with the vulnerable, to listen, to act, and to walk alongside communities as they build a better future for themselves. Our work is rooted in compassion, honesty, and respect for the people we serve.

Our mission is to walk hand in hand with vulnerable communities across Kenya and help them overcome the challenges that keep them in poverty. We respond to urgent needs such as hunger, illness, and lack of access to education, while also building long term solutions that create stability and opportunity.
We do not believe in handouts without hope. Everything we do is designed to restore dignity, strengthen families, and empower people to improve their own lives. Through education, health support, food security, and skills development, we help individuals move from survival to self reliance.
Our vision is a Kenya where no child’s future is limited by the circumstances of their birth, and no family feels abandoned in times of hardship. We dream of communities where children are safe and educated, parents are able to provide for their families, and young people can grow into confident, productive adults.
We see a future where women are empowered and respected, clean water is accessible to all, and communities are strong enough to support one another. A future where hope replaces despair, and lasting change is built from within the community itself.
